Our financial policy
At Doctor Joe's Chiropractic Center we believe in offering our patients choices when it comes to their health care. This belief also holds true with our financial policy. Your health comes first so we offer a variety of financial plans allowing us to focus on your health.
"Sure I could advertise that I offer 'free consultations' around town - but I don't. As far as I'm concerned, I believe that free consultations should be a given, a de facto standard in health care. I always offer free consultations to anyone interested in learning more about their health and chiropractic. It's the least I can do because I love being a chiropractor and an educator."
- Dr. Joe Nalbone

Workers' compensation
Per Idaho's state law, in most instances you may see a chiropractor for an injury you sustained at work. Before you can see the doctor, we need to have the name, address, and telephone number of a contact person at your place of employment. We must verify that you were injured at work and your workers' compensation will cover the care.

Personal injury
Per Idaho's state law, in most instances a person can seek chiropractic care following a motor vechicle accident or any other form of personal injury. If you have medpay/PIP/etc, then that is what will be billed for your treatment. If you do not have medpay/PIP/etc on your insurance, or it has been maxed out, we can sit down and chat with you about your case and your payment options. If the accident was not your fault, then we are willing to accept a lien for payment once you settle your case. We will work with you so you are able to receive the care that you're entitled to.
